I am currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our very successful client, based in Liverpool City Centre. This is a temporary ongoing position which will be reviewed throughout.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm/9am-6pm

Main Duties:

·  Supporting the Business Support Team

·  Helping with their online booking application forms for their student sites

·  Liaising with the student site director

·  Assist with tenant queries

·  Delivering exceptional Customer Service via phone, email, live chat

·  Strong Customer Service skills

·  Strong Excel skills and confident on CRM systems
