Accounts Receivable Analyst with Credit Control experience required to join our clients warehouse operation in Bournemouth. Our client owns a variety of market leading brands and products across a numerous product ranges including Health and Beauty care. This an excellent opportunity for proven Accounts Assistant with Credit Control experience to join the organisation on a temporary basis.

Hours: 37.5/week, 9am - 5pm daily

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Position Overview
Responsible for the management of incoming payments, allocation of payments to customer's ledgers and reconciling general ledgers daily.
Customer account reconciliations and account management (housekeeping)
Preparation of refunds and journals
Essential Job Functions
Creating daily cash sheet of incoming payments, highlighting missing remittances to customer services.
Daily interactions with customer services via email or phone.
Managing payment and account queries.
Liaising with treasury for missing payments and payment queries.
Credit Management - release of orders off credit hold and daily creation of on hold report
Posting invoices
Raising credit notes
Job Requirements
SAP Experience useful not essential
Office Skills (Word, Excel, PP)
Attention to detail important to reduce errors and ensure correct process flow is carried out.
Must have good collaboration skills as will be required to work across multiple businesses
Flexible and able to multi-task
This role includes a very high volume of telephone work, recent experience in a call centre type environment strongly preferred.
Full time working hours 9-5 with a half hour for lunch.
