Job Description

·  Answer and direct phone calls

·  Dealing with incoming customer enquiries

·  Taking, processing and invoicing orders

·  Data inputting

·  Administration support

·  Monitoring office supplies and ordering / purchasing as required

Person specification

·  Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner are essential

·  A desire to learn and take on additional duties

·  Proactive individual who can deal with issues and resolve problems

·  Conscientious, reliable, and enthusiastic

·  Full working knowledge of MS Office suite

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Office Based)
