Hours per week 37.5 Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00
Working at Band 3 level supporting the an admin team. Answering the telephone, completing zoning minutes, general admin tasks including photocopying and scanning documents onto PARIS, sending letters, data inputting on PARIS, dealing with referrals.
Data entry, PARIS or patient administration systems.
Good telephone manner.
Excellent typing skills along with organisational ability, experience in Microsoft word, outlook and teams preferable.
Ability to prioritise.
Work well in team and be able to work on their own initiative.
