Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to work in a busy environment on an ongoing temporary basis.
Main Tasks
· Answering phones
· Meeting and greeting clients and staff
· ordering stationary and operational supplies
· Filing/Shredding
· Scanning and uploading documents
· Document control
· Fleet management including monitoring vehicle service, road tax, fuel cards et c
· Checking time sheets against trackers
· Organising and minuting staff meetings
· Checking and logging suggestion box
· Checking and monitoring cleaning rota
· Assisting with the preparation of new employee documentation
· Compilation of data and reports
