We are delighted to be recruiting for a temporary administration based in Aztec West for a reputable company. This assignment is for period between 4 to 8 weeks. They also offer flexi time, and can choose the hours worked, 9am-4pm or 10am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Pay rate: �9p/h
Main duties will involve:
*General Administration duties, e.g. ordering stationary etc.
*Data input, showing ability to keep accurate records
*Updating internal systems, using bespoke systems
*Using PowerPoint and Word on a daily basis
*Filing and scanning
*Regularly updating records and keeping files up to date
*Able to take initiative
*Good organisational skills
*Co-ordinate own workload, able to pick up extra work when required
*Enthusiastic, hard working
