Adecco are proud to be working with a well known financial company looking for an admin support.
This is a long term opportunity and offers progression and growth within the company
The role is to offer support and guidance within an already established team, Basic admin skills required and the desire to learn and progress as this a temporary to permanent position
Areas of Responsibility:
1. To ensure the daily post is opened and scanned to the desired quality by midday deadline. 2. To print the days letters and communications generated by the Administration team. 3. To insert flyers as appropriate and ensure GDPR procedures are adhered to when enveloping the days post.
1. To support the team with responding to e mails and letters 2. Putting these letters in corresponding envelopes and sending out
Monday to Friday 35 Hours a week ( Full Time)
Salary £22,500 per annum £ 11.26ph per hour
Location - Leeds, Holbeck LS11
