To be the first point of contact both face to face and on the telephone.

Undertake effective Resident administration including finance, admissions and monitoring of Resident accounts Maintain accurate financial records.

Ensure the effective administration and monitoring of the Time and Attendance system and the accurate and timely processing of payroll and HR information (including new starters, changes, leavers, sickness and other absence) so that Colleagues are paid correctly Effectively manage the recruitment administration for Home based positions including the issuing of new starter documentation in line with regulatory, statutory, legal and our clients requirements e.g. DBS, Right to Work, NMC Ensure that all Colleague's personal information is updated, maintained and recorded in accordance with regulatory, statutory, legal requirements.

Hours are Monday to Friday either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
