Adecco have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our East Ayrshire based client. This is an opportunity to work with an excellent company on a contract until April 2019. It is a high paced environment so would be perfect for someone who is looking for a new challenge.
In the role you will have many responsibilities, some will include:
* Receive calls from all levels of employees from Sales Assistants through to Heads of Departments
* Being the first point of contact in the business
* General Administration
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
* An excellent telephone manner
* Competent using Microsoft Office, word and excel
* Excellent communication skills and a patient manner
* Out-going personality
The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
