Job Spec:

·  General administration duties

·  Answering the telephone

·  Typing company letters using Word

·  Filing

·  Emailing clients

·  Preparing adhoc paperwork

·  Quotations

·  Invoicing using Sage

·  Company banking

·  Answering the intercom

·  Credit card payments

·  Making refreshments

·  All other admin duties as required

Person Spec:

·  Strong administration experience

·  Excellent organisation & attention to detail

·  Good communication skills

·  Able to work well using own initiative
