Adecco Dundee are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client located in Perth for a 3 month temporary, full time role.
Within your role you will:
· support recruitment and training
· coordinate, arrange and participate in meetings
· operate within the business's policies and procedures
· ensure the appropriate communication are sent out to service users and staff alike
· maintain documentation records in accordance with local and national SLA's
You will ideally be:
· flexible in your outlook and ability to adapt to a varied workload
· able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience within an administrative role
· able to use Microsoft Office, Email, Internet and Social Media platforms to a high level
· able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, interacting with service users and staff
