Our respected client based in the centre of Lincoln has a very rare opportunity for an Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be working as part of a small, friendly team with a great atmosphere in the office.
The role will involve all aspects of office administration from dealing with paperwork, invoices, updating spreadsheets, entering data, answering the phones, monitoring emails and dealing with queries. As the team is small, it is essential that you are an adaptable individual who will get stuck in with any task within the business. Everyone works together to achieve a goal. Although there will be an element of structure in this position, customer requirements change on a daily basis and you will need to be prepared to re-prioritise your list of duties at short notice.
The ideal candidate will:
-Have a background in an Administration role in a busy environment.
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Be receptive to change due to requirements of the business
-Have strong IT skills
-Have excellent communication skills
-Have a background in dealing with invoices (desirable)
This is a full time position Monday to Friday.
Free parking is available.
