ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT STARTING ASAP. £9.89 PER HOUR, BASED IN FAREHAM.
The successful candidates will be working within the Operations/IT department, take meeting minutes, update project control logs, maintain project documents versions, book meetings and arrange hospitality, reconciliation of data, create/maintain PowerPoint presentations You must be able to prioritise workloads, multi task and be computer literate and have excellent attention to detail. The hours of work will be Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am-5.00pm, therefore you would be working 7hrs per day which includes an unpaid hours lunch break. You will ideally have a financial services background.
Working within a blue chip company, with an on-site coffee shop and restaurant. 20 days annual holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and after 12 weeks you will be entitled to an extra 2 days holiday and the possibility of joining the pension scheme if you meet certain criteria.
