Adecco currently have a new exciting temporary opportunity as an Administrator to join our clients team within their Kings Lynn office.

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm

Rate of pay: £8.75

Main Responsibilities

To provide Administration support and assistance to our site office.

- Provide secretarial support to the Site Management Team.
- Production and processing of correspondence - forms, letters, emails and technical reports
- Handling of correspondence management Tool (CMT)
- Answering phones, opening and sorting mail.
- Arranging internal & external meetings including booking rooms/venues, catering and any equipment required.
- Preparing agendas and minutes of meetings and following up actions.
- Collation and preparation of information for reports.
- Organising travel, accommodation and car hire.
- Maintain and update revision serviced documentation.
- Order and maintain stationary stocks.
- Maintain site attendance lists etc.

To be successful you must have the following:

·  Previous administration experience

·  High attention to detail

·  Able to pick up and adapt to new systems effectively

·  ICT literate

·  Excellent communication skills
