My Client are recruiting for an Administrator who would be responsible for managing agents visiting customer premises and disconnecting supplies
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills (verbally and written). Strong data management & Administration skills and in particular excel are critical to this role alongside the ability to deal with large volumes of work whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy.
The successful candidate will have:
� 2 years' experience in either customer facing, administration or credit collection environment.
� Strong influencing & time management skills
� Strong Microsoft package skills, in particular Excel
� Process, monitor and manage all pre-disconnection visits and disconnection accounts which have occurred due to non-payment of invoices
� Validate all accounts that are referred for disconnection, including confirmation that all relevant internal actions have been taken, there are no outstanding queries and that all required information has been obtained. Liaise with the third party agencies resolving any issues that may occur to ensure agreed service levels are consistently achieved
� Able to build strong relationships with 3rd party agents to continually improve performance
� Carry out audits on a selection of accounts to ensure adherence to policies and make also make recommendations for improvements as required
� Provide support as and when required to the remainder of the credit team including administrative support across other ancillary services
� Audit incoming invoices from 3rd party agents to ensure accuracy and pre-approve them for payment
