Adecco Stevenage are currently looking for a temporary administrator for our great client based in central Letchworth.
Main duties will include:
- Being first point of contact for colleagues having IT issues within the business.
- Logging call onto internal system and raising ticket
- Arrange follow up action e.g telephone call or arrange engineer to visit
- Keeping in contact once call is logged
- Coordinating diaries of engineers
Skills and experience required:
- Must have an excellent telephone manner.
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Good understand of using compute
Working Monday to Friday, 0800-1700.
This is a temporary role starting as soon as possible for 8 weeks.
