Full time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Specific projects (working with the Director)
*Assist in data collation for company's annual report
*Pulling together our data protections statements, and updating and standardising these
*Researching and producing comparisons of new services such as VOIP, CRM
Assisting the office administrator with:
*Processing memberships and event bookings
*Responding to queries on the phone and via email
*Raising invoices/issuing receipts
*Checking post
*Booking travel
*Assisting with organising future events; sourcing and liaising with venues, liaising with speakers, responding to any tasks or queries from the Chair of the Education subcommittee
*Dealing with any enquiries from Board members
*Chasing outstanding payments
Skills needed: high level of Word, and Excel. Numerate, and good written English. Professional, friendly, helpful manner. Familiarity with office 365 and MS Access would be helpful.
