Rate of pay: £16PH

Working hours: Mon-Fri Flexible

Contract: 6 months with the potential to progress within the business

Location: Nationwide House, Swindon

Overview of the role:

In this role you will be working with the Operations Management Team for ITSD, providing a centralised service to help ensure the smooth running of day to day operational tasks. You will be responsible for raising Purchase Orders and Invoice payments, and will assist with data collation and reporting along with general administration duties that include minute/action taking, updating organisation charts, assisting with MI reporting, chasing updates on overdue risk and actions, SharePoint management and updating compliance reports.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in iBuy or a similar financial system, but a willingness to learn is what means most to us as training can be given. We are looking for someone who has the ability to prioritise their workload, communicates in an effective and confident manner, has a thirst to learn along with being a good team player.

Competencies : Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail

Values: Team player, hardworking, someone who takes pride in their work.

Experience: Previous NW experience would be preferable but not essential, office & admin experience is vital
