We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join the team of an international company based in Beeston.

In this role your key responsibilities would be:-

*To ensure that all emails and adhoc account queries are actioned in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with good practise, company policy and relevant legislation within Finance and Property.

*Basic administrative tasks for example managing inbound mail both email and manual post and liaising with other teams to allocate work appropriately.

*Ensure good working relationships with other team members to promote flexible working, understanding all departmental processes to achieve the departmental objectives and drive right first time.

*Be actively curious in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Shared Services processes by proactively developing and implementing enhancements in working methods.
