Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £8.75ph
Hours: Mon - Fri (09:00am-5:00pm)
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
The Intermediary Liaison Team are responsible for preparing mortgage applications for underwriters. This may involve chasing brokers for outstanding information to ensure the applications basic requirements are sufficiently met for an underwriter to make an informed lending decision.
This role includes basic administration tasks that need good attention to detail and accuracy such as data input, taking payments for mortgage applications, moving correspondence received to the correct underwriting team for assessment and chasing outstanding information needed to support a mortgage application from brokers.
Although predominately admin based, this role does also involve an element of telephone based work and therefore successful candidates will be confident and clear communicators with a customer service focus.
Skill and Experience:
- Previous Customer Service experience essential
- Administration/telephony experience desirable but not essential
- Administration Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
- Confident Communicator
- Computer Literate, MS Literate
