Fulltime 8am - 4pm hours
£9.45 p/h
Key Goal: Performs entrance and access controls, advises visitors in respective manner and conducts functionally specialised administration tasks.
Key Accountabilities:
-Provide full administrative support
-Proceed with all day to day functional specific operations and applies IT system such as raising purchase orders, Travelnet, Expenses, inputting/filing
-Prepare specialised routine report and correspondence and/or statistics
-Maintains records and filing systems, types and enter data into computer systems including Microsoft Office and specialised software packages.
-Complete routine reports
-Administration of programs, projects and processes
-Logging and reporting annual leave
-Liasing with the training department to ensure training requirements are fulfilled and rostered accordingly
-Purchases and issues PPE and tooling
-Reception duties such as answering the phone and diverting calls, performing entrance and access controls, verifies credentials of persons entering property and announces them to appropriate contact
-Induct depot visitors
-Logging and distributing incoming post and logging outgoing post
-Arrange taxis
-Arrange meetings
-Prepare catering required for meetings
-Maintain meeting rooms to clean and tidy standard
-Ordering office and catering supplies
Qualifications, Experience & Technical Know-How
Essential:
* Proven capability in administrative skills and duties
* Effective organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
* Excellent communications and IT skills
