Do you have admin experience within a fast paced environment?

Are you confident in your Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)?

You will be responsible for:

- Give quotations
- Communicating general office updates
- Raise invoices
- Collate reports
- Data input
- Providing administrative support to the office
- Diary management
- Communicating across the department
- Introducing new starters
- Arranging meetings
- Answering phone enquires
- Distributing post and handling contracts
