We are looking for an Office Administrator and as well as providing general administration services and all round office support you will be expected to undertake, but not limited to, the following responsibilities;

�Actioning and writing emails,
�Answering telephone enquiries and taking messages,
�Photocopying & scanning documents,
�Cross training for other Office roles for holiday cover,
�Assisting other members of staff as required,
�Ordering of materials,
�Filing,
�Invoicing,
�Liaising with Managers.

Key Skills

�Administration experience advantageous,
�PC Literate,
�Excellent communication skills,
�Can do attitude,

NB: Full Training will be given

Applicants will be managed but must be able to prioritise their own workload and work on their own initiative.

The candidate should have a professional telephone manner, be self motivated and able to multi-task in busy office environment have, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be flexible, and have a positive attitude.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
