AXA PPP Healthcare, one of the UK's largest healthcare providers, is currently looking for an Administrator in the Customer Support Team on a Fixed Term contract (up to 26 weeks).
As a Administrator working within the Customer Support Team you'll be required to scan, validate and index documents such as claims forms, invoices, medical reports, dental forms etc. Along with other administration duties.
These will need to be accurately processed within the current service level agreements (SLAs).
What you'll be doing:
*Scanning various documents including: claim forms, invoices, medical reports etc. onto the relevant system
*Working on many different systems
*Validating the scanned document, to ensure it has been allocated to the correct workflow
*Accurately index the scanned document to the correct member/client
*Print and post out remittances to Providers upon request
*Sending out letters to providers
*Sorting incoming post and other general administration duties
*Adding new and amending the information we hold for our Providers.
You will be liaising regularly with
*Customer Services PMI/Cash plan
*Nurse Case Managers
*Occasional Provider contact
*Provider Services team
*Many of our other AXA PPP offices and colleagues
