We are currently looking for an administrator with excellent typing skills to work for one of our fantastic clients in Bowdon on a small but friendly team. This is a great opportunity for an organised and accurate individual to join a well established company within the conveyancing field.
Your day to day activities will involve but will not be limited to:
* Copy Typing - Around 50% of your day will involve this
* Creating Invoices using SAGE (training given)
* Scanning and saving documents in different file formats
* Ordering products online
* Data entry - Minimal
* Answering the phone when required
Ideally you will have administrative experience, however if you have good IT skills, are an excellent team player and are a diligent and accurate worker then you will still be considered for the role.
Permanent/Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Salary between 18-22k dependent on experience
4 weeks holiday plus all UK Bank Holidays
