Office and Secretarial
You will assist the current Administration team with:
* Order processing
* Preparing documents for the Manufacturing department
* General Administration duties
* Answering the telephone and dealing with any enquiries
* Meeting and greeting customers with some Reception duties
Candidates need to have previous experience within an office background completing general administration or office duties.
You will be proficient in Microsoft office packages and also have the ability to learn the companies bespoke system quickly.
This is a long term on-going temp to perm position for the right candidate.
Hours of work will be 08.00-16.30 Monday to Friday although a flexible approach is required.
