ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT. THIS ROLE IS AN IMMEDIATE START UNTIL THE END OF SEPTEMBER. �9.28 PER HOUR, BASED IN EDGBASTON (HAGLEY ROAD), BIRMINGHAM (B16 9PF).
The successful candidates must have an excellent telephone manner as you will be dealing with calls from existing clients within a fast paced environment. This is not within a call centre environment or cold calling as you will be dealing with existing clients, however you will be expected to be on the phones for the majority of the day. You must have excellent time management skills and be confident when speaking to clients on the phone. The role also involves providing administration support, therefore you must have experience of Microsoft Office and have accurate data entry skills.
Working within a blue chip company, with an on-site coffee shop and restaurant. 20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and after 12 weeks you will be entitled to an extra 2 days holiday and the possibility of joining the pension scheme if you meet certain criteria.
