This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Financial Institutions as an Administrator on a temporary basis in Swindon.
Start date: ASAP
Rate: £12.00 per hour
Hours: 35-hour week Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM
Location: Wakefield House, Pipers Way Swindon
Contract : 3 Months
Overview of the role:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and professional administrator with experience of working in a Corporate setting. You will be the 'go to' person for the 'how do I…' queries, specific responsibilities include:
Work stream meeting support - taking actions and decisions at work stream meetings and workshops,
Liaison with Capita for above Work stream meeting requirements, Monitor ACE Mailbox and answer / field queries.
Also for Onboarding and Offboarding - ordering and tracking laptops, supporting users in Wi-Fi set up, organising and supporting system access, ISC - assisting in resets and new users, Printing for workshops, Ad-hoc procurement to support Office Area, third party and Workshops - stationery, cables etc.
You will also be administering SharePoint access and SharePoint changes to support Programme and Work streams. Ideally you will have experience of a project administration role. You will be a pragmatic, self-starter who is organised, methodical and has an excellent attention to detail. If you have previous Project administration awareness/experience and knowledge of the terminology, this will be looked upon favourably as will a working knowledge of SharePoint. MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills are pre-requisite.
Describe an ideal candidate:
Competencies - Strong attention to detail, quick learner, strong & confident communication skills (verbal & written) PC literate, Self-Starter, Organised, methodical and use own initiative, to be pragmatic and resourceful
Experience - Admin experience or experience working in an office based environment. Previous Project / Programme experience, SharePoint - both preferable.
Values - Team player, Someone who has the right attitude - who wants to come to work, wants to do a good job, takes PRIDE in what they do and has a hardworking ethos. Willing to stay and complete tasks when needed
What are the top three things they need to have?
1.Admin or office experience essential in a corporate environment

Working in a Project team of around 20 (including third party suppliers, your smaller team will comprise of 3-4 people.
