Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Research)
The Role: Supporting the Strategic Change Unit with consultation review activity
Duties involved :
· Analysis and presentation of qualitative data (analysis of free text comments received in response to a consultation)
· Must be very confident working regularly on Excel.
· Analysing data through Excel.
Skills and experience required:
· Ability to discern the key issues underlying freely expressed comments
· Familiar with the University context
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to work quickly,
· Able to pull together information collated into a summary report using chart/graph functionality of Excel
· Strong IT skills, in particular in relation to data presentation. Analysis will be undertaken in Excel initially.
· Able to work on own initiative
Length of assignment: 10 days
Pay Rate: £9.65
