My client is a HR Software System company who is based in central London.

You will be responsible for:
* Providing support to leaders in the office regarding correspondences, travel arrangements, documents and files.
* Providing Marketing Support and collaborating with members of the marketing and product teams.
* Providing telephone and electronic mail support and coordinate accordingly.
* Taking responsibilities for assisting in the planning and execution of events.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent customer service skills - verbal, written and face to face
* Experience of NetSuite, Salesforce.com and Marketo although not necessary, would be and advantage
* Experience getting high quality work done with the ability to take on more work to provide added value.
