We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administrator to co-ordinate and implement office procedures, provide general administration, record keeping both financial, operational and personnel related.

Main duties:

*Provide administrative support to the Head of Business Development and team.
*Support the organisation of internal and external activities/events, collating and recording defined information documentation as requested, to ensure activities are administered efficiently, fines, transport registers, diary sheets etc.
*Follow established ordering procedures to ensure adequate resources are available to meet work requirements.
*Collation, maintenance and reconciliation of records (online and manual) relating to angler, dealer and commercial licences
*Provision of finance administration ensuring proper records are kept
*Prepare reports and other materials, using standard and some non-standard formats and software.
*Produce management information from data and/or statistics in order that accurate and reliable information is available for unit/departmental decision making.
*Provide administrative support for events and schemes, i.e. conference, seminars, training, funding and education and outreach schemes using a high degree of personal initiative and responsibility
*Develop and maintains spreadsheets and databases, including shared databases/spreadsheets on an intranet platform.
*Provisions of data and information to colleagues in Headquarters and the regional offices.

Required Experience and Personal Attributes:

*Strong organisational skills
*Ability multi-task while managing changing and competing demands and priorities
*Experience in dealing with customers and providing a professional service
*Experience in working in a busy environment with the ability to prioritise and manage your own day
*Ability to organise and manage events/training/meetings
*Computer literacy in Microsoft Office - intermediate/advance in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
*An understanding of the operation of databases
