Our client is looking for an Administrative Support Assistant to join their team.

You will provide support to the Regulatory Affairs team, liaise with clients and external partners, prepare quotations, update pipeline and ensure that projects are recorded and completed within agreed timeline and invoiced, assistance with reports and financial updates

*Providing full administrative support for projects and enquiries, including liaison with clients and external partners, preparing quotations, updating pipeline and ensuring that projects are recorded and completed within agreed timeline and invoiced
*Setting up report templates, project files, formatting and proofreading
*Assisting with the general promotional and administrative duties associated with the section and department
*Assistance with reports and financial updates
*Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships.

Communications

*Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, external partners and colleagues
*Receive and follow instructions given by line manager to execute client requirements for projects and enquiries
*Maintain good verbal communication with project team concerning the conduct and progress of work and alerting them at the earliest opportunity of any perceived or potential problems

Analytical Skills & Creativity

*Financially astute and able to cost up projects with appropriate budgets and margins
*Make a sound judgment on any reports/templates which fall outside the standard procedure based on previous direction, experience and skill
*Ability to assimilate multiple information streams and opinions to make sound decisions/recommendations and offer a structured approach to problem solving

Management of Activities

*Organize workload to ensure timely fulfilment of assigned tasks and delivery of outputs within the time period specified
*Maintain communication with line manager concerning the conduct and progress of work and alerting them at the earliest opportunity of any perceived or potential problems
*Flexible approach to working patterns

Salary: £20-26k

Full time 38 hours 8.45-5.15pm Mon to Thursday, 8.45-4.30pm on Fridays.
