Duties of this role will be as follows :-
Ensuring that all material and plant orders are co coordinated
Complete all relevant paperwork
All invoices to be actioned quickly and effectively
Chase Purchase Order Numbers
Ideally we need some one with a coordinating background as this is a fast paced and at times an intensive role.
Must be able to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
Along with excellent communication skills and really good IT capabilities
This role is a TEMPORARY one on an on going basis.
Ideally you will be a car owner/driver due to the location of this company - FREE PARKING available.
