Adecco's client based in Irthlingborough are seeking an Administration Assistant /Receptionist.
*Reception duties, welcoming visitors and distribution of incoming post and deliveries.
*Internal and external telephone calls, including covering other departments calls as and when necessary
*Scheduling and ordering of lunches as required internal meetings
*Management and replenishment of delegate refreshments
*Maintaining paperwork archive and filing systems
*Assisting the Administration Department with ad hoc duties and projects as required
oProven track record of working in a busy sales office environment is desirable
*Skills & Attributes:
oExcellent IT skills, especially the use of Microsoft Office suite and databases
oExcellent customer service and people skills
oSelf-motivated and able to work on their own initiative
oGood communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday
8.00am - 5.00pm, Friday
