Administration Assistant
Adecco Welwyn Garden City have an exciting new vacancy for one of our clients, based in Hatfield. They are currently recruiting for an administration assistant to join their lovely team.
Job Title: Administration Assistant
Location: Hatfield
Working hours: 9am-5:30pm (Monday-Thursday) 9am-5pm (Friday)
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Benefits: 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), rising with each year of employment.
Main duties:
· Data entry
· Dealing with payments
· Assist in preparing meeting rooms and taking minutes
· Taking stock of stationary
· Supplying staff with company/rental cars
· Coordinating car returns
· Dealing with general enquiries from staff
· Covering reception on a rota basis
· Answering incoming calls
· Raising PO's
· Raising/tracking orders
· Assisting in any other ad hoc admin when necessary
Seeing a candidate with the following:
· Good phone manner
· Well presented
· Have excellent attention to detail
· Previous office experience preferable
· Have a "can do" attitude
· Good Microsoft Office skills
