I am currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant in Penrith on a 12 month contract employed directly by the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work within the public sector.

The post holder will carry out duties within the Financial Services department and these will include:
- Opening and distributing Internal and External mail for the Finance Department
- Being responsible for Finance stationery stock levels and reordering of non-stock items, and controlled stationery ensuring that stock dispersal is properly receipted.
- Filing, scanning, and archiving all Financial Services documentation.
- Hire vehicles as requested on behalf of Trust staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to commit to the full length of the contract.
