3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT
£11.11 HOURLY RATE
We are looking for a confident and reliable candidate to join a small team based at Sutton Inclusion Centre to assist with the general administration. Sutton Inclusion Centre supports clients with Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and has various teams on site offering hydrotherapy, physio, drama and music therapy as well as offering bookable space of sensory rooms, meeting rooms and various other spaces.
Main duties will include:
· Taking bookings/ payments
· Seeing customers/ clients in and out of the building
· Updating and maintaining data
· Action correspondence, emails, phone calls as required
· Providing excellent customer service, supporting the management of client relationships and expectations
The ideal candidate will have:
· Experience of using a wide range of IT packages in a business environment
· Ability to manage time effectively
· Ability to provide a customer focus approach to service delivery
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Understanding of confidentiality, data protection and information governance issues.
