We are currently recruiting for a Admin Support role to work with one of our reputable clients in Hazel Grove. This rare opportunity has arisen with a key client that are a leading provider within their industry. You would be joining a friendly, busy team and would be responsible for assisting and supporting the admin team.
Duties will include -
· Post opening - assisting with the opening of post, sorting and distribution to the fee earning teams;
· Opening new matters - following procedures to assist with the opening of new client matters and instructions;
· Archiving - assisting with the archiving procedure - including retrieval of files from off site storage;
· Photocopying and scanning;
· Updating our case management system;
· Assisting with general ad-hoc duties.
Candidates Must -
· Have good communication skills;
· Have excellent attention to detail;
· Have the ability to work within a team.
Hours- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (40 hours)
Salary- Between £14,000 - £16,000 (Salary dependant on experience)
