MONDAY TO THURSDAY 08.30AM TILL 5.30PM, FRIDAYS 8.00AM TILL 4.00PM (39 HOURS PER WEEK)
I AM RECRUITING FOR MY CLIENT THAT IS BASED IN THE OLDBURY AREA, THEY ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT AN ADMIN SUPERVISOR ON A TEMPORARY ONGOING BASIS.
THE ROLE
SUPERVISING A TEAM OF 2, MAKING SURE THAT ALL ADMIN DUTIES AND DEADLINES ARE ACHIEVED ON A WEEKLY BASIS.
RESPONSIBILITIES

My client is looking to recruit an Admin Supervisor on a temporary ongoing basis.
Duties will include
· Supervising 2 x team members to make sure any administrative deadlines are achieved.
· Chasing payments so a some credit control knowledge or background would be advantageous.
· Reconciliation of accounts.
· Month end procedures.
· Preparation of payroll.
· Sales Ledger
· Cash handling.
· Invoicing customer accounts.
· Cash allocations.
· Maintaining ledgers.
· Creating spreadsheets with formulas on excel.
· All other duties required in this role.
The Successful Candidate
· Will have experience in a similar role.
· Be available to start within a week.
· Can commit to the temporary ongoing assignment as this role could have the possibility of going permanent.
