I have an exciting opportunity for an Sales Ledger / Administrator to join a small Warrington team within a global business
As a leading supplier within their industry my client has developed a strong reputation for both service, pricing and professionalism to a high level of clients and are consistently regarded as one of the strongest players nationally.
The Role
· Arranging deliveries and booking out stock - liaising with Transport and stores
· Actioning credit notes
· Processing PO's from clients and arranging deliveries along with appropriate documentation
· Reserving stock for the national accounts then reserving and processing their PO's when received
· Invoicing VMI (Vendor Managed inventory) and evaluating stock levels on internal Trackers
· Uploading Purchase Orders for UK purchases
· Transfer of stock on AX (Axapta)
· Managing stock queries
· Updating Sales
· Stock reconciliation
· Approving Invoices that come through to KIBI Account
· Credit control - Ledger and chasing overdue Invoices
· Checking the Bank and reconciling incoming payments
· Monitoring Trade Finance and requesting approval of payments from HQ in Europe for incoming containers
· Stationary ordering
· Putting through expenses for Sales staff & sending through receipts to allocate against transactions on Mastercard Statements
S kills:
· Large ERP systems experience required
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident professional telephone manner
· Experience of using an accounting system is mandatory (Sage / Sap / Axapta)
· Computer literate and proficient in Excel and Word together with excellent numerical skills
· Ability to prioritize in a busy environment with flexible approach
· The role requires a tenacious and resilient individual and team player who is capable of building strong relationships with suppliers.
Hours - 8am - 4pm - 1 hour lunch
Salary £21,000
