3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT
£10.83 HOURLY RATE
We are currently recruiting for an administrator to provide general office and clerical support to the compliance and strategy team for a local authority based in Bromley.
Main duties will include:
· Assisting with telephone enquiries from the public.
· To provide email and paper replies to routine enquiries
· Filing/ photocopying/ scanning
· Undertake routine correspondence
· To assist the team to carry out customer satisfaction surveys
The ideal candidate will have:
· Previous office/ admin experience.
· Ability to use Excel and word to advance level
· Ability to communicate and correspond with a wide range of clients
· Excellent organisational skills
