BROMLEY
MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM- 5PM
1 MONTH ASSIGNMENT
£10.83 HOURLY RATE

We are currently recruiting for an experience administrator to work within the Waste Management department for a local authority based in Bromley.
Main Duties:
· Managing telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
· Running and generating reports from the system
· Liaising with Bromley officers and waste contractors
· To receive, process, record and resolve financial reports, enquiries, comments and complaints
· Produce and process requests for works and defaults
· To provide general administrative support to the team
The ideal candidate will have:
· Previous administration experience
· Ability to deal with customers in a sympathetic and tactful manner
· Excellent communication skills to deal with customers face to face, over the phone, in written format.
· Good knowledge on all Microsoft packages
· Experience of dealing with the public in challenging situations
