Adecco are currently recruiting for a Administrator / Customer advisor to work within a Local authority based in Ealing.
The Administrator / Customer Advisor will be required to cover their duty function, which incorporates answering and dealing with all telephone and email enquiries, taking payments over the phone, scanning application files, banking cheques, dealing with post and all other administration duties.
Need to be a quick learner, able to retain information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good attention to detail, able to deal with changing priorities and multi-task. Applicants must be confident when dealing with customers over the phone.
