Our client based in the outskirts of Lincoln City Centre are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team until at least the end of July 2021, although this could go on longer.
The role will be working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week and the pay rate is £9 per hour.
The role will involve;
· Sorting through incoming post
· Taking inbound calls and dealing with enquiries
· Entering data into their bespoke system
· Liaising with 3rd parties including police and solicitors to ensure any information required is past over to them in the correct manner
· Keeping all manual and computer files up to date
The successful candidate will need to have an Admin background, be confident in using Microsoft Office and pick up new systems and be able to pass a police vetting check.
