Our client a leading Monumental masons compainy is looking for an office administrator with some sales experience.
Job duties include:
· Dealing with customers inquires
· Answering and transferring calls
· Managing correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
· Taking and processing orders on the company's system
· Draft and print relevant documents
· Photocopying and general office administration
Who is this position for?
· Have office admin experience.
· You will need to have a very high level of customer service
· Be happy to work on your own on occasions
· Have sales experience
· Have a confident phone manor
· Be trustworthy
· Have previous experience using Word, Excel and out look
You will receive Training on the company's product and internal system.
Working Hours:
9.00am -4.30pm 4 days a week
9.00am- 1.30pm on Friday
10.00am-1.30pm every other Sunday
