ADMIN ASSISTANT
Adecco Harrow has a fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in Harrow. Our client is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team on a Permanent basis. Paying £18,000 and increasing to £19,000 after 6 months. Excellent brilliant benefits and development opportunities.

SALARY: £18,000 per annum increasing to £19,000 after 6 months
HOURS: 09:00 - 17:00
DAYS: Monday - Friday
LOCATION: Harrow
BENEFITS: 26 days holidays + 8 bank holidays, +1 day for your birthday +2 days after 2 years' service, Pension - Salary Sacrifice/Employer contribution up to 6%, Private healthcare, Life assurance, Eye Care Vouchers and Performance related pay.
DUTIES:
This role will be split between two departments; Business Services and Finance. The employee will spend the following hours in each department:
-20 Hours in Finance
-15 Hours in Business Services
* Scanning of all vendor invoices, supporting documents, letters & correspondence to assist in recording purchases of goods and services
* Coordination for securing approval from respective teams for service invoices
* Maintaining filing systems & archiving
* Managing petty cash and accounting for petty cash expenses
* Assisting in audit at year end
* Assisting with month end procedures
* Opening and distributing daily post
* Assist with Sales team expenses
* Provide administrative and general support for the Head of Business Services across the breadth of the department
* To include; ordering of supplies, record keeping, data management, research, collating reports and documents
* Assisting with any other ad hoc tasks
* Answering telephone calls ensuring prompt and accurate passing of information and messages
* Ensure that all customers and suppliers (internal and external) queries are dealt with in a courteous and prompt manner
* Work in a responsible and safe manner having regarding to own and others' health and safely at work
* At all times promoting, maintaining and fostering good teamwork
