We have a lovely opportunity for an Admin/Accounts Assistant to join a successful local business near to Romford.
Your duties will include:
* Answering the phone and taking accurate messages
* Processing/cashing cheques
* CIS returns
* Updating job spreadsheets
* Bank reconciliations
* Typing up and sending letters
* Inputting invoices
* Liaising with contractors and customers
* Filing, photocopying and other general admin tasks
The role is 50% admin and 50% accounts. If you have experience in both, and are looking for a fresh challenge, we want to hear from you! Experience using SAGE or another accounting software would be an advantage however is not essential.
