Administrator

Overview of the role:
Support the various project teams with administrative duties.
Duties will include:
*Internal & external workshop booking, coordination and note taking, Organising video conferencing, Taking notes at meetings as required, Calendar management for portfolio events and holiday recording, Updating expense logs, checking invoices and purchase orders, Onboarding/Offboarding of resources (inc. ordering RSA tokens, updating organisation charts, contact lists, etc.), Travel bookings including rail, flight and hotel bookings, Project mailbox monitoring, SharePoint administration, Stationery ordering, Collating of documents, photocopying, etc and Ad-hoc requests

Competencies: PC literate, MS Office literate, Highly organised, Confident communicator, Excellent written communication, Used to dealing with multiple priorities
Experience: Administration experience, Secretarial experience advantageous, SharePoint knowledge advantageous

What are the top three things they need to have?
1.. Must have previous project support or project administration experience. Secretarial and/or executive PA experience would also be acceptable.
2.2. Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
3.3. Ability to use initiative to solve problems

You will be working in a small team of around 10 supporting a number of different projects that are kicking off.
Projects within this business are often highly regulated and fast paced, the successful candidate must be used to this environment and happy to work to strict milestones and timelines.

Hours: Mon - Fri 8am -4pm
Pay: �12.50
Contract: 1 year
