The AR team manage the credit risk, invoice generation and invoice payment. The team are responsible for payment targets such as pay score and risk money, customer satisfaction and compliance with internal controls.

Key day to day responsibilities include but are not restricted to:

·  Managing the ledger action plan for customers > 15 days and > 30 days overdue;

·  Cash posting;

·  Query management and managing credit card payments over the phone;

·  Outgoing calls to overdue customers;

·  Dunning runs;

·  Internal control checks.

Every day will be different. We ask for someone who can handle business pressure and changing circumstances.

Attention to detail and having clear action plans is important for this role as the AR Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining their ledger scores, whilst managing their postings, statements and dunning runs. Hitting daily cycle timings is essential in AR to ensure orders flow smoothly and customers are provided with excellent customer service.

The AR Coordinator manages large ledgers and will have to make decisions throughout the day around risk and the release of new orders. This is a fast paced business which will require the AR Coordinator to balance data and customer knowledge and make sensible decisions quickly.

The AR Coordinator must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a diverse range of both internal and external partners including Sales, OGI, Customer Services and Finance. The team have extensive contact with customers and often have to discuss sensitive issues around payment. A demonstrated affinity for dealing with customers is essential.

Solid PC literacy is required and experience with SAP is a plus.
