Pricing Coordinator / Accounts / Sales Ledger
�21k Salary
Based - Brentford , Middx TW8
Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
Immediate start (temp to perm)

Role:

To provide a diligent pricing facility to ensue all company invoices are received by customers in an accurate and timely manner.

Duties:

-Verifying electronic data submissions of pricing information for House jobs and liaise with colleagues for any missing details and queries

-Entering data submissions of pricing information for Independent Operator jobs, and liaise with IO's for any missing details and queries

-Entering invoice information for UK subcontractor jobs, and liaise with suppliers for any missing details and queries

-Entering invoice information for international subcontractor jobs and liaise with suppliers for any missing details and queries

-Administer diligent processes to ensure all jobs are priced within target parameter of 2 days

-Producing invoices on a daily basis, instigating e-invoicing wherever applicable

-Checking invoices to ensure pricing is in accordance with rate and quotation, using sound knowledge of UK places and drive industry

-Proactively maintain high knowledge levels of tariffs for company and subcontractors

-Producing monthly bespoke invoices and supporting management information for specialist customers

-Providing first class service to all customers - timely and accurate information, and point of contact for all billing enquiries

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: GCSE Level or Equivalent

Experience: Busy office environment with proven track record of attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines

Skills: Team player, excellent communicator, methodical and diligent

Attributes and Characteristics:

*Highly motivated and organised worker
*Excellent communicator, prompt and courteous telephone manner
*The ability to work calmly under pressure
